We met such lovely people during the photo shoot for the Courier Mail.  Unfortunately their stories are also heartbreaking ones.  We drove Ben McCauley into the city and he was super lovely.  Mia had an itch on her neck and he itched it for her.  He was crammed in the back seat between the kids car seats and even wore a Christmas hat on the ride to entertain Mia.
