Tonight, we had such a lovely evening surrounded by so many lovely people who care so much about us and Mia.

Fundraising is about of course raising funds for Mia for her now and in the future, for her prosthesis, but it is more than that.  It is also the friendships, new people we are meeting, kindness and support that means so much to us.

We really can’t express enough how important this is in helping us maintain our positive outlook, strength, emotional stability and energy to support each other.  It is comforting to know that Mia is not just being supported by her family, Peter, Amy, Ellie and Max but she has the love and care of so many, near and far.

A massive thanks to Fiona and Nicole for their amazing organising skills!!!  You guys are awesome.
